Starmark required a new brand positioning and segmentation to build its innovative product line into a training and behavior solution set. The brand needed to be elevated with authority to help communicate its 20+ year heritage in professional dog training. Consumers and retailers alike were looking for a system to help navigate the 50+ sku product line.
